  • The path to freedom demands many sacrifices, even my own. The willingness to leave my own victimhood challenges me anew every time and when I think the worst is over, that's when it really starts. Frederike helps me in phases when my head says "I can't get any further" or when there is "severe pain" in my body that I am unable to resolve because I am strongly identified with this pain. I often give myself the answers to my questions during coaching, as Frederike only acts as a mirror for me here, so that I can recognise that every answer to the questions I ask is already dormant within me. As a result, I recognise myself more and more and am amazed to realise with every coaching session that I have always been responsible for my life, I just didn't want to see it.   • I came to Frederike because I felt something was holding me back - but what? I was a master at procrastinating and basically not doing exactly what I knew would be good for me. I wanted to break this pattern. But I didn't know how. I managed to do a lot of things at first, but then I fell back into old patterns.
    Her questions, the energy, everything she gave me during the session cannot be put into words. Today I realise that I did everything myself, but she showed me the way and cleared my field so that nothing interfered. I felt very clearly: my perception expanded and images, colours and symbols appeared. At first, I couldn't make sense of everything I saw, but then I had the feeling: "I know this!" and I realised that it had something to do with me.
    Frederike managed to focus my attention on what was really important for the moment, on what would help me move forward. Every minute of the session worked - literally.
    Even at night, the next day, everything came together for me and everything I saw became more familiar. I sleep better, I can now recognise if and when I am in a good or bad energy state. Things are much easier for me now, without any procrastination.
    I have now had several sessions with Frederike. We have travelled through many lives and my perception of the world, my fellow human beings, my thoughts and "my being" has changed to such an extent that I can increasingly say that I find my way: With and thanks to Frederike, I am finding myself and my "freedom".
